PRINT SPECS AND REQUIREMENTS
Electronic files are required for all advertisements. Spot colors cannot be accpeted. All images need to be high resolution at 300 dpi.

PRINT ADVERTISEMENTS ON DISK
All disks must come with a color proof and be in MAC format InDesign, tiff or pdf file. Supply all placed files and include both printer and screen fonts. All files to output at 100% unless clearly marked. Mail to:

PRINT ADVERTISEMENTS SUBMITTED VIA FTP
Files submitted via the web must follow all requirements for Specs and Ads on Disk as stated above. To upload a file:

1. Zip all files into one master file.
2. Name the file with "KCM," company name, and issue month
   (ex: KCM_FancyCatering_October.zip.) If, due to size limitations, more than one zip file is required, append a number to each file
   (ex: KCM_FancyCatering_May01.zip, KCM_FancyCatering_May02.zip, etc.)
3. Upload the file to our FTP site. Contact your Account Executive for login.
4. Email your account executive the file name after it has sucessfully loaded.

Files submitted for web advertisers must be 72 or 96 dpi, RGB (no CMYK), and be either .jpg, .gif, or .png.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND DESIGN SERVICES
Anthem Publishing offers its advertisers design services at $81/hour. Photography may be purchased or contracted at an additional rate, please see your sales executive for more details. Usage agreements for all design and photography will apply; see addendum contract for details.

AD CONTENT AND DESIGN
All submitted content and design must meet the high standard, reverent tone and sophistication of KC Magazine—we reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet these criteria. Suitability of copy and design is judged at the sole discretion of Anthem Publishing.
