Awards will be given out in the following categories: 

Innovation - The essence of what they do and how they do it is innovative in all aspects of the business. Question: How is the company innovative? If it offers an innovative product, please tell us about that product. If it has an innovative management method or business strategy, please explain.

Cool Company - A philosophy of fun is instilled in the work environment and events they put together make employees happy to show up every day. Question: Describe the company's work culture. (How does it attract talent? Does it have any special perks or benefits? Does it have onsite daycare, for example? Does it have a fun work environment? We want to know!)

Superstar Service -  The company provides unique, consistent and exceptional customer service. Question: Provide an example to illustrate how the company provides unique, consistent and exceptional customer service. Do you have any measures, testimonials or awards reflecting this level of service?

Reinvention - They took a stagnant or failing business model and turned it on its head, creating striking results. Question: Has your company shifted from a stagnant business model/market and reinvented itself or key product/service with notable results? Please share details.

Phoenix - They encountered a major challenge, either industry-wide or as a company, and overcame the challenge to reach greater heights. Question: What is the greatest challenge the company has faced in the past year, and how did the company overcome it?

Community Steward - Going above and beyond to create a relationship with the community, develop partnerships and help in areas where they have expertise.  Question: Tell us how the business contributes to and reflects the community's way of life. Describe in detail the company's involvement with community service. Note approximately how many hours per year employees donate, along with the company's annual financial charitable contributions.

Job Growth - They have hired and expanded at an astounding rate through new hires or acquisition to grow the organization. Consider reasons for growth. Question: Has the company grown in the number of employees? Through direct hiring or company acquisition? What factors prompted job growth? Number of employees?

Marketing - Demonstrated success marketing a product, service, or organization through an initiative, campaign or program with noteworthy results. Question: Tell us about your marketing or advertising campaign for a product, service or organization that has led to demonstrated success with measurable results?

Employee Empowerment - They have programs and measures in place to provide workers with opportunities to connect with the company and grow as individuals. Question: Does the company offer programs and measures to provide workers with opportunities for professional growth? Describe the program or ways the company fosters empowerment to the benefit of employees and the company.

Overall - Top Company - Possesses key attributes and demonstrates superior level of achievement, as demonstrated in the nomination form, in most or all categories.  Question: What attributes and achievements of the business demonstrate that it has achieved a superior level as a top company within its industry?
