We had a bad experience at Zarda's when the counter staff would only sell us the ribs with a free slab rather than a free entre. They had a note by management stating Zarda's rules. We contacted the manager she admitted they were following different rules. They thought KC Magazine was wrong so didn't follow them. Fortunately, we gave them another chance and returned later. The rules were followed (but a man behind the counter was still saying KC Magazine was wrong) and we had a good meal. The sauce was a little bland. The ribs were tender and pink. The Zarda ribs are the most expensive in the rib war.
