I honestly feel Quick's is probably one of the most underrated BBQ places in KC. It's everything one could ask for, perfected smoked meats, sizable portions, hearty sides, and cost efficient. First time I had Quick's ribs, they literally fell of the bone without hardly even biting into them, and once you add a little sauce to them they are unmatched. Glad to see they are starting to get a little publicity, bc Quick's is truly KC's hidden gem on BBQ.
