Quick's Bar-B-Q & Catering Hot

I have lived the the Prairie Village/Mission Hills area my entire life and never knew Quick's existed. My loss. While it's location leaves much to be desired, the delicious ribs, outstanding service and squeaky clean cleanliness make up for it. It is novel to go into a Kansas City restaurant and feel so welcomed. Many of our good KC restaurants act like they are doing you a favor to let you eat there. I will go back to Quick's and often. They offer me everything I truly beleive is important - gracious hospitality, good food and a clean environment. I'm anxious to try their other menu items. Good luck Quick's. I hope you win Rib Wars. You are, by far, the best on the list.

Love the ribs, burnt ends & sausage. The onion rings and fries were some of the best I've ever had! Service was great and loved the old style atmosphere! Will definitely be back.

Great price, love the hickory flavor. Saw they do a rib special on Wednesday, $12.99 a slab. Has to be the cheapest in town.

Just down the street from Oklahoma Joe's lies the best kept secret on the Kansas side of the Line. Quiet, family-operated, and priced well. I especially like the Ultimate Ed with Ham.

As for the Ribs, There is no better way to go about a Wednesday night than getting a slab on your way home. Meat falls off the bone and generally lasts a day or two in our household.

The original sauce has some kick and the sweet sauces goes really well with any of the fried offerings.

You cannot go wrong with Quick's.

Love the chicken fingers and onion rings too.

I've been to many Quicks BBQ, and all the other restaurants in KC, ONLY the Merriam Ln Quicks has the Best Ribs in the Country!!!

B.een eating there since I was a kid. The Ribs are always great, you dont even need sauce on them. But you got to try the half pound deep fried Hot Dog!

Try the burnt ends and ribs, absolute best in KC! Great price and ambiance too.
