service and food is really fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure your meal is exactly what you want. We eat there a few times per month, and have had them cater several events. Additionally I use thier rubs in my home cooking. THEY DO IT RIGHT!!!

ZARDA BBQ - best in all categories! The family atmosphere just adds more love to the food. Beans Rock but CHEESY CORN flavors any dish they make!

We had a bad experience at Zarda's when the counter staff would only sell us the ribs with a free slab rather than a free entre. They had a note by management stating Zarda's rules. We contacted the manager she admitted they were following different rules. They thought KC Magazine was wrong so didn't follow them. Fortunately, we gave them another chance and returned later. The rules were followed (but a man behind the counter was still saying KC Magazine was wrong) and we had a good meal. The sauce was a little bland. The ribs were tender and pink. The Zarda ribs are the most expensive in the rib war.

When it comes to a tasty meal at Zarda's, the secret's in the baked beans. They're my favorite thing on the menu and accompany any main dish I order.

I love Zarda's sauce but was overall disappointed with the ribs. There were so many chunks of fat throughout the ribs that it hard to get a good bite of meat. I would go back, but would stick with a sandwich.

Very average and not anything to brag about...
