This charming attic apartment has 2, 5 rooms plus kitchen and stretches over a living area of 63 square meters, out of which a delightful roof terrace occupies 10. As you can see from the photos and the sketch at the end of the post, the crib is accessed via a small hallway, which communicates with the newly renovated kitchen and the dining area. The open plan living room would definitely impress its viewers in a tour of this home, as it features an eye-catching red sofa, complemented by a small wooden coffee table, charming shelving units and flower pots which contribute to the vivid atmosphere. At the end of the “room chain”, there is a welcoming bedroom with a small window above the large bed.
