| Bright Urban Swedish Two-Storey Apartment in Gothenburg |

This next apartment is located in a central urban neighbourhood of Gothenburg, Sweden, named Linnéstaden. Accessed through a black wrought iron gate and a cobblestone walkway, the apartment has a separate entrance, reminiscent of terraced houses. Part of a duplex, the apartment found on Alvhem Makleri features whitewashed walls and oak parquet flooring. Wonderful light inflow from the 7 chic, tall windows brightens up each space with South sunlight and accentuates the architectural details. The rooms are organized in a row and on two floors. The first floor shelters a spacious hall, tiled bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower and an airy room that can become another bedroom. The upstairs is distributed in a living room with separate dining area, large bedroom with plenty of storage space, bathroom and kitchen. The two floors are linked by a beautiful spiral staircase made from black wrought iron. How many of you wouldn’t mind living here?
