The menu changes with the seasons, but always features organic and locally raised ingredients, including meats from Campo Lindo farms. The Blue Bird salad is a signature item, with crumbled Maytag blue cheese, toasted Missouri pecans and candied onion slivers, all tossed with local organic mixed greens and a delicious blueberry vinaigrette dressing.
