The Drum Room Hot

The Drum Room, located in the Hilton President Kansas City, opened in 1941 and was known for its repertoire of famous musicians. Guests can still sit in the Rat Pack Booth and watch live entertainment Friday and Saturday nights. The Drum Room is more than music with offerings of fresh seafood and steak entrees that are the perfect follow-up to appealing appetizers (try the chorizo and Manchego-stuffed mushrooms or the twice-grilled shrimp cocktail served with wasabi). After dinner relax and listen to the music with one of Drum Rooms specialty nine-ounce martinis.
