Perfect Pad Thai

My stamp of approval on a Thai restaurant is only given after I've tasted their Pad Thai. This place nails it! The dish isn't over-sauced, and it's served in a big enough portion for someone with a big appetite to finish, or for someone with a smaller stomach to take home.
