American Chef Josh Eans puts a contemporary spin on classic American comfort food. A pristine, white environment puts all the emphasis on the gourmet burgers that include winners like an American Kobe served with port wine onions, house-made mustard aioli, truffle butter and watercress and a Spiced Lentil Burger made from curried lentils and vegetables and dressed with spiced yogurt. The three different kinds of fries are made by hand, as are the four condiments that come with them. Pair this with a beverage from the full custard milkshake and float menu (which can be spiked with alcohol on request) or a flavored soda.

Blanc Burgers + Bottles

All of their food and products are produced locally, including my favorite Foo's ice cream shakes and malts.

Burgers and Malts? Yes, please!

Great burgers, of course, but it's the malts that have me hooked! Try the recently introduced salted caramel malt.

Blanc Burgers + Bottles

I'm impressed with Blanc's locally sourced items like Shatto milk and gluten-free buns by Farm to Market!
