801 Chop House Hot

A new addition to the Power & Light District, 801 Chop House features a traditional menu of expertly prepared fine meats and seafood. The appetizers alone are enough to fill, including a jumbo shrimp cocktail and oysters Rockefeller. The steak items are all USDA-grade prime beef, and the weekly availability of fresh fish means a new option is always on the menu. The sides at 801 are also inventive along with standard vegetable and potato fare, you have the option of trying Maytag blue cheese potatoes or even lobster mashed potatoes.

Fabulous Experience

My husband and I went to 801 to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment you walked into the restaruant you knew the experience was going to be fabulous. We were not disappointed. The Down Home appetizer was amazing. My husband had the ribeye and i had the medallions, both delicious. The staff treated us like king and queens. Can't wait to go back!

Fabulous Food

My family and I love this restaurant. The food is superb and the service is excellent. And it's quiet enough so that you can have a nice conversation. I highly recommend it.

Expense account needed

a great steak, service is very good. An expense acct. is needed to do steak and wine. wine is seriously overpriced, so are the drinks. we are in Leawood, but to stay busy they have to be realistic
