KC Strip the right way

Go to the Hereford House for a KC Strip done right. Or prime rib if that's more to your taste. The meat is unparalleled, and the sides delicious. I was devastated when the downtown location burned to the ground because it had the best atmosphere, but at least the food is just as delicious at the other locations!
