Hidden GemI honestly feel Quick's is probably one of the most underrated BBQ places in KC. It's everything one could ask for, perfected smoked meats, sizable portions, hearty sides, and cost efficient. First time I had Quick's ribs, they literally fell of the bone without hardly even biting into them, and once you add a little sauce to them they are unmatched. Glad to see they are starting to get a little publicity, bc Quick's is truly KC's hidden gem on BBQ. My new fav.....Having grown up in the KC area, I am embarrassed to have never been here. How could I have missed it?! It's my new favorite place and I can't wait to take my friends/family there as well! Excellent service, Jan was awesome and very helpful! Oh, and the clear winner of the RIB WARS! the CLEAR winnerThis was a no-brainer. From the outstanding service to the decorum, Quick's was the best. Their ribs were tender with perfect flavor. The meat just slid off the bone. The sweet sauce was excellent,too. We will be returning, Quick's blew the competition out of the water! beautiful ribs. took my girlfriend there for our first date and she loved it. that was a great night! been to many bbq places and this was by far the stand out. Excellent ribs, pulled pork and smoked sausage and the new burnt ends chilli is quite amassing! You also have to go on a Thursday or Friday and try their special for the days the smoked burger! Can't beat the food and drink prices. And also the big dog is another must try that will put you on your backside if you can actually finish it! by far my go to BBQ in kc.
