The Rub Bar-B-Que & Catering Hot

The Rub ribs were small and we found more fat than we expected. Beans were different and must have included five different kinds like large lima beans. The cornbread was hard and dry. One member of our group liked the fries. We looked forward to this restaurant and think they are trying hard to be successful. However, this was the last of our stops in the rib war. Some have been good and others poor. At this point we decided it was time to go back to Jack's with an occasional visit to Johnny's and Zarda's.

Drove all the way out to this location only to find out they were out of ribs. Pretty disappointing when you're supposed to be participating in a ribs competition. The restaurant was pretty bland, no character to it at all. Ended up getting the pulled pork with fries, not bad. My two companions got the bowls and didn't have anything good to say about them. No reason to ever go back.
